CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 (8 x 8) pan cornbread
6 to 8 green onions with tops
6 radishes, optional
1/2 green bell pepper
2 fresh tomatoes, diced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cucumber dressing
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine crumbled cornbread, chopped green onions, radishes, pepper and tomatoes. Mix mayonnaise, dressing and mustard. Pour over vegetables and cornbread. Toss. Chill and serve. Just plain good! Gets better the longer it is chilled before serving.
