GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
1 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
6 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled

Combine sugar, butter and salt in skillet. Cook and stir over moderate heat until bubbling. Add sweet potatoes. Cover and cook 10 minutes over low heat. Uncover; cook 5 minutes. Baste frequently until potatoes are glazed. Yields 6 servings.
