GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lb. cooked sweet potatoes, peeled

Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt in skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture blends and bubbles. Arrange sweet potatoes in skillet. Cover and cook 10 minutes over low heat. Uncover and cook about 5 minutes, basting frequently until potatoes are glazed. Yields 6 servings.
