GRANDMA'S ITALIAN MEATBALLS | |
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1 clove garlic, crushed Parsley, sprinkle 3 eggs 1 c. water 2 c. grated bread crumbs 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. grated Romano cheese (heaping) Mix all above in bowl until well blended. Shape into meat balls and fry in hot oil. Can be frozen when cool. If mixture seems too stiff add some water. If too mushy add a little more bread crumbs. |
