1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1 1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips

Mix cake according to box instructions, pour half of batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
