TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. milk
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake according to directions on box. Pour 1/2 of mixture in a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. While this is baking, melt caramels with milk over low heat. Take cake from oven and pour caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle chocolate chips over sauce and nuts, then pour remaining batter over this and then bake 17 to 20 minutes longer.
