STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
2 slices round steak, about 1/2 inch thick
Flour
Dry mustard
Oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup (optional)

DRESSING:

3 1/2 c. bread cubes
3/4 tsp. sage
1/2 c. butter, melted
Garlic salt to taste
Pepper
1 med. onion, cut fine
3 celery stalks, cut into sm. pieces

Mix dressing ingredients and reserve. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover each slice of steak with small amount of flour. Sprinkle a little dry mustard over flour. Pound this in well with a wooden meat hammer. Spread dressing over each slice of steak and roll up. Brown the rolls in a small amount of vegetable oil. Place in casserole. Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until tender. For extra flavor, cover steak with mushroom soup before baking.
