ROLLED STUFFED STEAK 
1 round steak
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. beef stock
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. water

Saute celery and onion in butter. Combine bread, onion, celery, parsley, seasonings and stock. spread dressing on entire steak and roll; fasten with skewers or string. Place in 9x13 pan. Broil in oven until brown - cover with diluted soup. Cover with foil. Put in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Use soup as gravy.
