BARBECUE STEW 
1-3 lbs boneless beef rib meat
1 pint favorite barbecue sauce
1/2 onion

Cut the rib meat into 3-4 inch sections and line the bottom of the crock pot with the meat. Slice the onion so that the pieces fall apart into long stringers. Mix in with the meat.

Pour barbecue sauce over the meat and onion mixture and set the crock pot onto high.

Stir once, about two hours after starting. Ready in about 4 hours or when meat is fork tender.

Serves 4-6.
