CROCK-POT BARBECUE | |
3 lb. lean beef stew meat 3 green peppers, chopped 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. powdered mustard 2 c. chopped onion Place all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook for 12 hours on low or 8 hours on high. |
