BARBECUE BEEF 
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2-3 drops Tabasco
1 tbsp. prepared brown spicy mustard
4 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan combine water, catsup, onion, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Bring to boil over medium heat. Place beef in a 2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over beef. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Remove from oven, using two forks, shred meat.
