BBQ HASH 
1 lb. pork
5 lb. stew meat
3 lb. well chopped onions
3 oz. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. catsup
1/4 lb. butter
1 oz. hot sauce
Salt & pepper

BBQ SLAW:

1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 can tomato paste or sauce
Dab of Tabasco
Cabbage

Cook beef and pork, covered with 2-3 inches of water until tender. Add ingredients. Cook 3-4 hours.
