HEALTHFUL FUDGE 
1 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. carob powder
1 c. shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

In large saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter, stirring constantly just until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in carob powder. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Press into buttered baking pan 8x8x2. Chill several hours or overnight. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 1/2 pounds fudge.
