SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crumbs or crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Make patties to brown on both sides.

2/3 c. water or beef broth
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Pour over patties, bake, covered 45 minutes, uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
