TEX - MEX SPREAD 
3 med. avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1-2 cans refried beans
1 c. chopped onions
3 med. tomatoes, diced
2 (3 oz.) cans black olives, sliced
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Peel avocados and mash with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. In small bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.

On a pan (pizza pan works great) spread a layer of refried beans. Top with the avocado mix. Add layer of sour cream mixture. Then add chopped onions, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives and top with shredded cheese. Keep chilled. Serve with tortilla chips.
