SLICED BAKED POTATOES | |
4 med. (even) baking potatoes 1 tsp. salt 2-3 tbsp. melted butter 2-3 tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme) OR 2-3 tbsp. dried herbs 4 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Scrub potatoes and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but don't cut all the way through them. Put potatoes in a baking dish. Fan the slices slightly. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake potatoes at 425 degrees for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Great! |
