BAKED SLICED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes, scrubbed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut unpared potatoes into 1/4" slices. Place slices in ungreased 15"x10" jelly roll pan. Combine butter, onion salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Pour over potatoes; toss. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; turn potato slices, sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are slightly crispy and browned on the edges.
