HAMBURGER HASH BROWN HOTDISH 
8 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
6 slices processed American cheese
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Grease a 9"x13" glass pan on sides and bottom. Cover with hash browns. Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Place on top of potatoes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with peas. Mix soup and milk together in bowl and pour over all. Last, put on cheese slices. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle onion rings on top. Return to oven and turn heat off for 15 minutes.
