1 box devils food cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix ingredients. Place in greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
