DRIED BEEF GRAVY 
1 stick of butter
1/2 to 1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 pkgs. dried beef (Buddig)
Baked potatoes

Melt butter in frying pan. Add dry beef until slightly brown. Add flour and stir. Stir in milk. Cook 15 to 20 minutes (until thickens). Serve over baked potatoes. 4 to 6 servings.
