SHORTBREAD 
Combine:

1 1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix until crumbly (small particles.) Place dough in 8 to 9 inch pan and press firmly. Use fork on edges. Bake 350 degree oven about 30 minutes until golden brown. Cut in wedges and sprinkle with sugar. Freezes well. Store in air tight container.
