COCKTAIL MEAT BALLS 
2 to 3 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. crushed basil

Sauce:

any red wine
1/2 bottle ketchup
5 tbsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well blended. Shape into tiny balls and place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F until dark brown in color. Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over cooked meat balls. Keep warm.

Makes approximately 75 to 100.
