MEAT BALLS 
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Shape into balls the size of a walnut, and brown in 1/4 c. hot fat. Remove meat, and stir into fat 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper. Stir in 1 c. boiling water and 3/4 c. sour cream. Return meat to gravy, and cook 15 minutes.

6 to 8 servings.
