EASY CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 egg
8 oz. sour cream
Grated cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Long enough to melt cheese sprinkled on top.
