EASY CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can cream style corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 sm. onion (chopped)
Salt, pepper, dried parsley

1. Combine all ingredients and stir together.

2. Use salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

3. Bake in an 8x8 casserole dish at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Serves approximately 10.
