EASY BEEF TIPS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE | |
1 lb. lean chuck, cut in pieces (stew meat) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 c. 7-Up Place meat in 2 quart casserole. Do not season. Pour soup and soup mix over meat. Add 7-Up. Cover casserole and bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours. During cooking, DO NOT OPEN the oven door. After 4 hours remove from the oven and let stand 30 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice. |
