HOMEMADE GERMAN NOODLES 
4 lg. eggs
3 c. sifted flour

Mix eggs and flour together to make a very stiff dough. Knead with hands until dough starts to blister and bubbles form. Divide dough into 5 parts; roll out each part until paper thin on lightly floured board. Place on towel to dry until layers will not stick together, turning several times. Roll each layer into tight roll; slice very thin. Loosen noodles; spread out on towel to dry before using or storing.
