HOT GERMAN NOODLE SALAD 
4 oz. egg noodles
5 slices bacon, diced
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced radishes
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook noodles. In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in sugar, flour, salt, and pepper. Add water and vinegar. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently. Add cooked noodles, celery, radishes and parsley. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
