1 angel food or hot milk cake 1 (12.5 oz.) can Spanish peanuts 1 lb. or more confectioners sugar Cut cake in pieces - have sugar thin with hot water to coat cake. Grind peanuts. Roll sugar coated cake in peanuts. I use a 2 tine fork to get sugar coating on cake. If this doesn't make sense - it doesn't to me either! |
