BAKED STUFFED FISH 
1 whole fish
tomato sauce
4 to 6 slices bacon strips

Stuffing:

water
butter
1 egg
2 slices bread
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
salt, pepper and thyme to taste

Wash fish; place, on back, in buttered oven dish.

Mix stuffing. Add water to stuffing to form ball. Put in fish.

Pour tomato sauce over top of stuffing. Put bacon strips across the top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes or until fish falls off bones.
