BAKED FISH WITH STUFFING | |
1 lb. fish fillets Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 packs Ritz crackers 1 sm. can minced clams Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crush crackers in food processor until crumb texture. Add clams. Arrange fish in baking dish. Spread cracker mixture over fillets. Pour butter over crackers and fish. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until done. |
