HERBED VEGETABLE PLATTER 
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 lg. bunch broccoli
2 sm. zucchini
1/2 cube butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Parmesan cheese

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into flowerettes, approximately 2 1/.2 inches across, leaving 3 inch stems on broccoli. Slice zucchini into 1/.4 inch slices. Place cauliflower, stems down and to inside around edge of a 12 inch microwave- safe plate. Place the broccoli between each piece of cauliflower, stems outward. Place zucchini slices in the hole in the center of the ring. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 9 minutes. Remove from microwave and place bowl with butter, garlic powder, thyme and dill weed in microwave for 1 minute. Spoon herb butter over vegetables and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute longer. Serve immediately.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
