WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. rice (can use 1/2 c. wild + 1/2 c. brown)
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Wash rice and boil. Brown hamburger with onion and celery. Then add remaining ingredients. Mix all together. Put dabs of butter on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Add a little water if it gets too dry. Soy sauce optional.
