JO'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onions, diced
1/4 c. bell pepper, diced
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 lg. pkg. McCormick Italian spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. water
1 c. catsup
Oregano (to taste)
Salt and pepper

In skillet combine ground beef, onions and bell pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring until done (not brown). Add mushrooms, sauce mix, water and oregano. Mix well. Then add catsup. You can tell by consistency if you need to add more water (to thin sauce down) or if you need to thicken sauce by adding more catsup. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over spaghetti. (Note: If you have a large family, you may need to double this recipe.)
