SLOPPY GOBBLE JO'S 
1 lb. well-cooked ground turkey
1 med. onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 tsp. chili powder, more if desired
1 tsp. garlic
1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

When turkey is brown and quite dry, add next 3 ingredients and brown. Then add garlic, chili power and stir in catsup and mustard. Simmer for a few minutes and serve on Less Wheat Buns. Makes 8 servings. One sandwich serving including bun: calories - 189; cholesterol - 24 mg; fat - 5 g.
