2 eggs 1/2 eggshell water dash salt 2 tbsp. baking powder all-purpose flour, until stiff Mix dry ingredients then add in wet. Mix with fork until soft, sticky dough forms. Dough should stick, but not be wet. Place dough on well floured surface, flour hands, knead. Add flour to dough as needed. Knead until dough is stiff then cover with towel 30 minutes. Knead a few more times then cut into workable sections. Roll each section to desired thickness and use pizza cutter to cut, then use spatula to pick up off of counter. Note: I double this batch and drop by spatula full into rolling boil of 10 cups chicken broth, 3 pounds shredded chicken breast, 1 stick unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon black pepper. Noodles will cook very quickly, be sure to stir often. Can make a roux with flour and cold water to thicken broth, if desired. Submitted by: Rahjsgirl |
