CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
6 potatoes
4 oz. whipped cream
1 egg
2 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. snipped parsley, finely chopped

Make mashed potatoes without butter. Add whipped cream, well beaten egg, onion, and parsley. Put in 1 quart baking dish. Dot with butter and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
