QUICK-AS-A-WINK CINNAMON ROLLS 
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. warm water
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/4 c. flour, sifted
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. raisins

In large bowl mix 1/3 cup sugar, yeast, oil and water until dissolved. Cover and let stand in warm place 15 minutes. Blend eggs into yeast mixture. Add salt to flour and gradually add to yeast to make soft dough.

Knead 5 minutes on lightly floured surface. Roll into rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick. Brush dough with melted butter. Combine cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar, sprinkle over dough; then sprinkle on nuts and raisins. Carefully roll up dough and cut 1 inch slices with string or knife. Place on ungreased rectangular pan. Let rest 10 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Frost (see below).

SUGAR GLAZE (quicker than a wink) :
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. butter

Mix until well blended. Spread over rolls.
