2 X 5 SOUP 
2 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans white beans (pinto or Great Northern)
2 (15 oz.) cans Ro-Tel
2 cans minestrone (undiluted)

Brown and drain ground beef in Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Half a batch is just as good and it's so quick.
