PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans pineapple (drained)
5 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Place pineapple in casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar together and sprinkle over pineapple, next sprinkle cheese over flour mixture. Next sprinkle Ritz crackers over all. Pour butter over top of crackers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. If it browns too fast, put foil over top.
