JUST A LITTLE BIT OF TEMPTATION 
1 super moist spice cake mix (use pkg. directions)
5 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh coffee
1/2 stick butter

Bake the cake according to package directions in two 8 inch rounds. In a double boiler melt the butter and chocolate. Place sugar in mixing bowl. Indent a place for chocolate mixture. Pour chocolate into sugar and mix. Add vanilla. Add coffee to proper consistency (drink any coffee leftover). Mixing should be by hand with wooden spoon. Stir briskly! Use quickly since fudge sets quickly while spreading. Add a little coffee if it gets too thick.
