1 pkg. frozen bread dough (3 loaves)
1 lb. Owens hot sausage
1 lb. Owens mild sausage
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. can Parmesan cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) jar chopped green olives
1 can chopped black olives (lg.)
2 bunches green onions, chopped

Mix all above ingredients in a large bowl. Roll out each loaf of thawed bread. Brush with butter and cover with mixed ingredients. Fold ends over and roll into a loaf. Pinch seam and place seam side down on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Freezes well.
