HIGH SCHOOL BEEF A RONI 
3 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 boxes elbows or sm. shells
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
Salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce to taste
2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, in large pot brown beef. Then add onion, garlic and spices; mix well. Add tomatoes and stir in cooked pasta. Cover and simmer on very low flame for about 45 minutes stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. This dish goes a long way. It freezes well and can be reheated in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
