EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. ground pork
4 prawns
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 stalks celery
3 mushrooms
1 sm. can bamboo shoots or water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Chinese five spice seasoning
1 egg with 3 tbsp. water

Mix soy, cornstarch, sherry and sugar with pork and prawns in 2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry 5 minutes. After meat is cooked add celery, mushrooms, bamboo, bean sprouts and salt. Sprinkle with five spice seasoning. Stir fry until vegetables are done, about 2 minutes. Drain. Pour 2 tablespoons mixture on each wrapper. Deep fry until golden brown.
