EGG ROLLS 
2 lbs. ground turkey or pork
4 lbs. shredded cabbage
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 sm. pkg. clear noodles (purchase at oriental store)
1 pkg. spring shell (purchase at oriental store)

Take one portion of clear noodle and soak in warm water. Then chop it up and add to first 5 ingredients and mix well by hand.

Portion it out onto spring shell and roll as shown in diagram on package. Deep fry until light brown.
