CHUNKY CHEDDAR CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. can whole tomatoes
15 1/2 oz. can red kidney beans, drained
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. Cheddar cheese in 1/2" cubes

Brown beef and onion in large skillet; drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese cubes to serve.
