CHUNKY TURKEY CHILI 
1 lg. onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
1 (16 oz.) can pinto or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 c. Picante sauce (mild or hot)
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 med. green pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 med. sweet red pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces

Cook onion and garlic in olive oil about 4 minutes. Add ground turkey. Sprinkle with spices and cook until no longer pink. Add tomatoes, beans, Picante sauce and bouillon. Simmer 10 minutes. Add peppers, simmer 10 more minutes.
