TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)
1 can (about 2 c.) tomatoes, broken up
1 can dark red kidney beans (about 2 c.)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder seasoning
2 bay leaves

Brown turkey, onion and green pepper in large skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 1 hour. Remove bay leaves and serve 4 or 5. I sometimes add mushrooms.
