TURKEY CHILI 
2 lbs. ground raw turkey
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. red wine
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf

Brown turkey meat. Add all other ingredients, bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer 2 hours. Serves 10.
