POTATO PUFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chili sauce
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
10 oz. pkg. frozen potato puffs

In skillet, combine ground beef, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with fork, until meat is browned and onion and pepper are tender. Add chili sauce, undiluted soup and water. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Top with frozen potato puffs. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until potato puffs are golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
